I have used Laiona Moving LLC's services about five times over the past two years. I had multiple moves scheduled for an older relative and items placed in storage. There were a number of antique items that need extra care with packing, and they always made sure they were taken care of. Laiona's owner has consistently been responsive to my move requests. And their move-time estimates have consistently been accurate. So I can trust they'll be done when they say they will. All the personnel on the crew are highly professional and helped me with disassembling items and packing boxes when I got behind, and didn't have everything ready on time. They also have done moves for me where they packed everything and they did an excellent job. Also, if I wanted any additional packing for fragile items they were happy to accommodate. Why We Built Laiona
If you've ever hired movers before, you probably know how it goes.
A couple of crazy guys arrive late. Half the crew looks exhausted. Boxes disappear into random corners of the truck. Suddenly the "estimate" starts growing — gas fees, travel fees, stair fees, and packing material charges you never expected. And you're left stressed, overpaying, and gambling on which item gets broken.
We started Laiona because we grew up in Boston and it happened to us time and time again. That's why we run trained, athletic, uniformed crew. We show up with clean equipment. We move fast, stay organized, and finish the job without the chaos.
